Nessa Lei o artigo 26, inciso II, inclui como profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica, al\u00e9m dos professores, os profissionais no exerc\u00edcio de fun\u00e7\u00f5es de suporte pedag\u00f3gico direto \u00e0 doc\u00eancia, de dire\u00e7\u00e3o ou administra\u00e7\u00e3o escolar, planejamento, inspe\u00e7\u00e3o, supervis\u00e3o, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o educacional, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e assessoramento pedag\u00f3gico em efetivo exerc\u00edcio nas redes de ensino de educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica.</span></p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span>Na Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o do FUNDEB outros profissionais que trabalham na educa\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica, caso dos Auxiliares de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Infantil e Auxiliares de Ensino s\u00e3o considerados legalmente profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o para todos os fins.</span></p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span>Com essa altera\u00e7\u00e3o em nossa legisla\u00e7\u00e3o municipal vamos dar o reconhecimento legal desses profissionais como profissionais da educa\u00e7\u00e3o.</span></p>\r\n<p><img src=\"https://www.crissiumal.rs.leg.br/imagens/LEIMUNICIPALN4.4422022.png\" alt=\"Lei 4.442-2022\" class=\"image-inline\" title=\"Lei 4.442-2022\" /></p>", "author_name": "", "version": "1.0", "author_url": "https://www.crissiumal.rs.leg.br/author/adm", "provider_name": "C\u00e2mara Municipal de Vereadores de Crissiumal / RS", "type": "rich"}
